`Terms and Conditions of Service`

Serviceability: Installation is subject to area serviceability and technical ocular inspection.
Installation Fee: A one-time installation fee (as specified in your plan) must be settled before or upon installation.
Equipment Ownership: All network devices (modem/ONU, routers, drop cables) remain the property of Xflash Network and Data Solution. These must be returned in good working condition upon account termination.

Lock-in Period: Standard plans carry a 6-month lock-in period. Early termination will incur a fee equivalent to the remaining months of the contract or a fixed pre-termination penalty.
Billing Cycle: Monthly Recurring Fees (MRF) are due on the 28th of every month.
Late Payments: Failure to pay within 5 daysof the due date may result in automatic temporary disconnection. A reconnection fee will apply.

Reliability: We aim for 99% network uptime. However, service may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, fiber cuts beyond our control (e.g., accidents/calamities), or power outages.
Technical Support: We provide 24/7 remote support and on-site dispatch during business hours (Monday–Saturday).
Prohibited Acts: Subscribers are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling bandwidth to third parties without a commercial MOA.
- Tampering with or relocating Opticore-owned equipment without prior consent.
- Using the service for illegal activities (hacking, piracy, etc.).

Requests for relocation are subject to serviceability in the new area and a relocation fee.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), Opticore will protect all personal subscriber information and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Xflash Network is not liable for any loss of data or business income resulting from service interruptions caused by "Force Majeure" (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) or third-party fiber cuts.
